David Beckham has failed in his $25million libel case against a U.S. magazine which  alleged he had a series of liaisons with a prostitute.

An LA court heard today that InTouch magazine’s report was ‘in the public interest’, and that prostitute Irma Nici had a right to free speech under the First Amendment.
